Storage Method

  • Remove the (silver) thermal bag and store in the freezer compartment (-18°C).
  • Defrost before reheating and consumption.

Defrosting Method:

  • One day before consumption, take it out from the freezer compartment and defrost in the refrigerator (0-4°C), or
  • Defrost at room temperature: keep it in the transparent bag and soak in lukewarm water for 3 hours.

Reheating Method:

  • Keep it in the transparent bag and place it in 80°C water, cook for 50 minutes.
  • To maintain 80°C water temperature: boil water, turn to medium-high heat, and place the Immortal Crane Divine Needle in the transparent bag into the water to cook.

Consumption Method:

  • Pour the Immortal Crane Divine Needle along with the sauce into a bowl, cut the pigeon, and mix the vegetarian wings in the braised sauce before eating.
