Description

Ingredient : Pigeon, Water, Soy Sauce, Shaoxing Wine, Rock Sugar, Oyster Sauce, Dark Soy Sauce, Star Anise, White Pepper, Fennel Seed, Cinnamon, Coriander, Nutmeg, Bay Leaf, Cumin, Cardamon   

Allergens : Produced in a factory where crustacean, eggs, fish, peanuts, milk, tree nuts and their products are also handled.

Storage: Store in freezer (-18 °C) for two months or chiller (4 °C) for one week.

Consumption method : Pigeon is ready for eat after defrosted from freezer.

Reheat method : 
Pigeon taken out from freezer must be defrosted. Keep the Pigeon in original food pack and soak in (50°C) hot water for 40 mins; prepare a foil tray, take the Pigeon out from the cooking pack and place on foil tray, put into pre-heated oven at (200°C) or air-fryer at (180°C) and heat it for 10 minutes until brown.
