Description

French Sauce & Jus by Chef OE

Black Pepper Sauce (200g)

Ingredients: Water, Beef Gravy, Onion, Black Pepper, Cream 

Storage: Store in freezer (-18°C) for two months or chiller (4°C) for one week.  

Reheat method : Put the sauce pack in a sauce pan, add water to cover more than 50% of the pack, bring
water to boil. Open lid, turn to medium high heat, continue boiling until the sauce is full heat. Shake pack
before serving.
