金手指（新珍香） 是由陳天洋先生於1995年在Batu Pahat所創立的食品品牌。

直至2009年，新珍香更名為金手指並設立了第一家土產與肉乾直營門市。

陳老板以累積多年的食品製作經驗，搭配上等肉類，祖傳醃製秘方，以及衛生的烘烤方式，製作出許多令人垂涎三尺的食品。為確保食品色香味俱全，陳老板更親手為消費者製作及把關。

2016年成功將金手指杏仁紙肉乾推出市場。

金手指杏仁紙肉乾一推出便大受歡迎，滿足了男女老幼的口味，並獲得了顧客們的肯定與讚美，成為了馬來西亞首創的道地土產。
