A ready-to-use lyophilized forest mix

The first lyophilized forest mushrooms on the market. The perfect balance between speed and gourmet cooking. Instant rehydration, a concentration of intense flavors, a blend of mushrooms in their purest form: a 100% natural product without additives or preservatives. A measuring jar for added simplicity: your forest mushroom sauce is ready in 2 minutes! Perfect for making your wild mushroom sauces. Ideal with pasta or rice, to accompany meat (sliced chicken, veal escalope) or fish fillets or to enhance a velouté.

Ingredients:

Porcini mushrooms (Boletus edulis, aereus), Chanterelles (Cantharellus cibarius), Oyster mushrooms (Pleurotus ostreatus), Yellow boletes (Boletus luteus, granulatus). This mix contains at least 50% wild mushrooms.

Average nutritional values per 100 g:

Energy: 992 kJ - 235 kcal / Fat: 6.0 g of which saturates: 0.7 g / Carbohydrates: 20 g of which sugars: 2.0 g / Proteins: 23 g / Salt: 0.03 g.

Directions for use:

Rehydrate the lyophilized forest mix in 250 ml of warm water for 20 seconds. Drain and sauté in a hot pan with a little fat. They can be incorporated, without rehydration, into a sauce or any moist preparation. Ideal for making a sauce, risotto, topping a pizza or bruschetta. Incorporate into vegetables, soup, mashed potatoes, or pasta.
