One Night Chef

Private chef tables were never at this level - imagine Michelin star chef cooking only for you and your guests, at your private venue, or we arrange your private dining room - a One Night Chef privately owned - it will definitely be an occasion to impress.

Chef Olivier Elzer, who has 24 Michelin stars in their extraordinary culinary career life, could become your private One-Night-Chef.

 

Check via O'Chef Lab for the star chefs' schedule first, tell us your dream One Night Chef imagination, let us know your preference for your special occasion, we will plan and arrange for you, you won't regret.

 

Fees and Appointments:
Minimum Charge for party (dinner or lunch) HKD$45,000 (+10%) for a party of maximum 6 guests, and/or a minimum charge of HKD$7,500 per head.   We charge no corkage fee.

  1. Contact us at least 14 days before your ideal event date, tell us you thoughts on your event date, and details
  2. We will check chefs' schedule, get back to you on availability
  3. Chef to design menu and quotation for your comments
  4. Site visit by Chef's team is a must.  *In the period of Covid, we may request kitchen and utensils pictures
  5. We will send confirmation and invoice if booking is confirmed
  6. Pay 50% deposit 7 days before event, and complete payment before the event
  7. Chef team will arrive venue 6 hours before event starts, and leave upon finishing service,   Utensils may be picked up the same night or the next day. 


Optional: We may provide venue, table wares, decoration, waiter and sommelier service at extra fee, by request.
