Description

Ingredients: Bresse Chicken, Chicken Minced, Pork Minced, Onion, Garlic, Olive Oil, Egg, Truffle Paste, Black Truffle oil, Salt, Black Pepper, Spicy Powder


Storage : Come frozen, can be stored in refrigerator (0-4 degrees) for up to 1 week.  

Reheat method : 
(1) defrost the chicken; 
(2) keep the chicken in original retort pouch bag, water bath (soak) the chicken in 50C water for 50 minutes, OR steam at 68C for 30 minutes; 
(3)  pre-heat oven at 200C; 
(4) put the chicken in a foil tray, pour the chicken meat sauce (in original bag) on the chicken and bake in oven for 20 minutes until brown (you can choose to wrap the chicken or not).

**roasted chicken sauce and butter garlic, soak in hot water with original packing for 15 minutes to warm, serve
