Ingredients: French Organic Turkey, Chicken, Pork, Onion, Garlic, Olive Oil, Egg, Truffle Paste, Black Truffle Oil, Salt, Black Pepper, Garlic Powder

Storage : Come frozen, can be stored in refrigerator (0-4 degrees) for up to 1 week.  

Reheat Method :
(1) Defrost in the fridge (0–4°C) with packaging intact 4 days before use.
(2) After fully thawing, water bath the whole turkey with the bag in 60°C hot water for 2hrs, or steam it in a 68°C oven for 1.5 hrs to warm and soften the turkey.
(3) Take the turkey out of the packaging bag and place it in a foil tray. Pour the turkey juices from the bag over the turkey, then place it in the oven.
(4) Preheat the oven to 200°C and roast the turkey for 25 mins until the skin is golden brown, then it is ready to eat (wrapping the turkey in foil is optional).

**roasted chicken sauce and butter garlic, soak in hot water with original packing for 10 minutes to warm, then serve it.
(Chef Olivier's tip: The turkey is already fully cooked. To maintain its tenderness and moisture, avoid overcooking)
