The key lies in our insistence on quality ingredients: we specifically select fresh beef offal, which is now rare in local markets, rather than frozen products, ensuring the offal's inherent freshness and pure texture. 

【Ingredients】
Water, beef offal (beef tripe, beef intestines, beef lungs, beef brisket), white radish, beef brisket broth (fermented black bean sauce, soybean oil, flavor enhancer (E621), fermented red bean curd, minced garlic, sugar, salt, brown sugar syrup, sand ginger, star anise, cinnamon bark, dried tangerine peel, galangal, licorice root, fennel seeds, white pepper, cloves, bay leaves, Sichuan peppercorns)
*The production facility may process wheat, crustaceans, eggs, soy products, and fish.During cooking, we use a rich broth made from fresh beef bones as the base, its rich collagen and meaty aroma slowly simmering the offal until tender and flavorful yet retaining its chewy texture.
