Precious canned sturgeon roe, canned roe needs to be stored at a temperature of minus 0 to 4 degrees.  An unopened can of caviar can be stored for 60 days.
It is advisable to consume the whole can of Caviar once.  An opened caviar can only be stored for 24 hours in the refrigerator. 
To avoid being contaminated with other flavors affecting the umami taste, the caviar needs to be sealed again and kept away from other foods in the refrigerator.
