Multi Michelin Starred Chef
Olivier Jean Claude Erich Elzer is a Michelin-starred French chef based in Hong Kong for the last 11years. The former executive chef of Michelin-starred restaurants Abbaye de Bussiere (France), Pierre Mandarin oriental (Hong Kong) and L’Atelier de Joel Robuchon (Hong Kong) and Seasons by Olivier e (Hong Kong) was awarded a total of 19 Michelin stars over 13 consecutive years since 2007 to present.
Chef Elzer is of French and German descent and his repertoire of dishes run the gamut from haute French cuisine to hearty homestyle Alsatian dishes. He is currently the Culinary Director at St Regis Hong Kong and head chef at L’Envol.
